Academy Award winner Mira Sorvino is an American actress. On 28th September 1967, she was born on the land of New York City. She is the daughter of an American actor, Paul Anthony Sorvino. Mira was seen in various movies such as Sounds of Freedom, The Image of You, Lamborghini: The Man Behind the Legend and last but not least, which was released in the year 2022.

In the year 2004, Mira married Christopher Backus. Backus is also an actor along with being a director and screenwriter. Christopher has played the main lead role in Will & Grace, The Perception, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, The Mentalist, and The Last Templar.
Mira and Christopher have one common friend and at one of the charade parties’ they meet for the first time. Mira and Christopher immediately hit off and started meeting on various occasions and started dating. Mira and Christopher got married on 11th June in the year 2004 at one of the courthouses of Santa Barbara which was followed by the second marriage in Capri, Italy. In the year 2022, Mira, in one of the interviews, said that she had already had this dream of having a wedding on a rocky promontory overlooking the ocean. She has further said that she just fell in love with Capri, and it was a way of inviting all her ancestral ghosts to join them at the wedding.
Mira has also shared the secret of her happy life in one of the interviews with People in 2021. She has said that date nights with kids are absolutely essential when you have 4 children because so much of your time is spent parenting. This couple is very happy and is living a beautiful life with their 4 children.
